- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to this location because I have issues with my escrow account that would be too difficult to explain on a phone call. Guy dressed in jeans and long sleeve t shirt said he could could not help and gave us a 100 number to call. My statements say "wells Fargo home mortgage" yet the location that states "wells Fargo home mortgage" cannot help me?! Stated they just take applications there. Have a hard time entrusting my Mortgage needs to an office that cannot assistance with the complete mortgage needs and get told I have to travel to Indiana to actually speak to someone in person. My mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo I didn't chose it and for the future I cannot recommend.By Joe Plafkin, June 08, 2017
