- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been going to this bank for about 4 years now. Like, this particular bank at this particular location. I stop in minimum once a month, sometimes more. For 4 years straight. A couple weeks ago I lost my wallet and needed to put a hold on my card. So I stopped in. The person I spoke to said I needed my drivers license in order to do that. I told her my license was in my wallet - which was missing, hence the reason for my stopping in. She said she could put a hold on my card and issue me a new one IF anyone there recognized me. No one did. After 4 YEARS of coming to this place regularly, not a single associate recognized me or knew my name. She also said that I could see a banker - but that they were with customers and there were two other customers ahead of me waiting. So while I waited for who knows how long, someone could have been using my card and spending all my money. But whatever it's only my account and my money, right? I mean it's not like the only purpose of banks is to handle people's accounts and money. OH WAIT. It is.
