There's no teller just 2 machines and it will take you about 20 min just to make a deposit. they have people working in the bank asking if you need help with working the machines but they can not help you with any of your banking needs I suggest if you have to use this location just use the ATM I give this location 1 star because I cant give it 0 starsBy Jason Flodin, July 05, 2017

- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't like the new location. The "old fashioned" live in person tellers are gone. Replaced by a live "FaceTime" teller on a screen talking to you from the main branch. Compare it to the self checkouts at Meijer. Slower and more complicated to figure out-which buttons to push and which slot to stick what into. Have to prove who you are. Live tellers knew me by name. Their new custom built building is fancy but doesn't have things the previous strip mall location did have like a night deposit box. It is harder to get to and the parking lot is very small. New location has 2 drive thru lanes. One machine is mounted on the side of the building. Guess what? It wasn't set up to accept deposits shortly after the move to that location. The branch manager said that would be changed but since then she left Adventure. I don't know if it ever got changed. I used to drop my signed checks into the night deposit box at the old location on my way past in the morning before they were open and not hassle with the ATM. A teller would then deposit it into my account that morning. That's how a member owned institution should operate.
