- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I been banking with BOA for 5 years and we recently moved to Michigan. I over drawn my account for the first time and went to this branch and ask can the fee be waved. Soon as I walk in the workers looked at me creepy like they've never seen an African American before; and they told me the fees are valid and nothing they can do. When I decided to leave the banker didn't extend to shake my hand. I'm very disappointed in this BOA bank.By SCN Solution, November 16, 2016
