- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They mistakenly double-charged my card while paying a bill on 3-10-16. They admittedly keyed in a wrong digit when processing my card originally. Due to their processes, they were unable to provide me with a simple letter to my bank to clarify the mistake (pretty common, called a "hold release letter"), so I'm down $410 for up to 21 days. Even if they could help fix their mistake, they wouldn't, as they have no record of the transaction. My bank provided me with the transaction details in writing, but it basically didn't matter, because they can't send the letter anyway. They used this bad experience as an opportunity to sell me on their banking services. Twice.By Jade Orlich, February 25, 2017
