- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought a sofa and love got delivered. The guys that delivered were nice and quick. Sofa was good no problems. Loveseat was broke called store they said they would get a new one quick been two weeks no call from them i have to call them. Poor customer service. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I purchased multiple large items from here. The store itself is very good however do NOT use their delivery people. They told me they would deliver one day no problem, the entire day I had to call and arange my scedule, my furniture was not delivered. Day two and they have not returned my phone calls or delivered my furniture. I spoke with the store and the manager assured me it would be delivered today and it has not been, nor did I recieve a phone call telling me it wouldnt. HIGHLY dissapointed and because of this I do not reccomend using them unless you take it home yourself.By Taylor Braddock, October 07, 2016
